What is the difference between a mid or high-back desk chair?

Desk chairs generally come in mid or high-back designs. How and where you use a desk chair will define what’s the best choice for you. A high-back desk chair is ideal if you are tall or have a long back. A high-back chair is also a good option if you regularly use reclined postures – for meetings, phone calls or presentations. Always ensure the chair’s contours follow the curves of your spine and pelvis and don’t cause any awkward pressure points.

Buro’s ergonomic desk chairs cover all the bases; check them out to find your perfect fit.

Is it better to have a desk chair with or without arms?

Well, that’s up to you. Armrests are great for extra support when using your mouse. They’re also helpful for getting on and off the chair if you’ve got hip or knee problems. The old chair arms received a bad rap when they were fixed in height and lacked adjustments. However, our armrests are fully adjustable for height, depth, and width, providing excellent ergonomic support.
